Spatial gluing

Spatial gluing (also called conical gluing)
is one of the technologies which is mainly used for packaging
food, fruit, vegetables, fast food, takeaway containers, etc.

The CE 1000 machine combines and handles several processes, i.e. spatial shaping and gluing of
packaging, trays. The two-track production allows up to 25,000 finished pieces of packaging to be
produced per hour. The machine works with cardboard with grammage of 200 – 600 g/m 2 and
corrugated cardboard with thickness of up to 1.5 mm. Technology from the German company Heiber &
Schröder is a proven solution of the highest quality which guarantees reliability and repeatability and
thus the production of packaging at the highest level.
